💬 Cold SMS Outreach

Open conversations at scale, personally.
  • Personalised SMS from your dedicated number, using each [business] name.
  • Lead with the benefit: a 24/7 AI booking system.
  • Opener carries no link — a question, not a pitch. A link in a first cold text gets filtered & kills reply rates; earn the reply first.
  • Track Reached Out & Replied.

▶️ Engage & Demo

Turn a reply into a “show me”.
  • Reply in the Inbox (two-way SMS).
  • Keen / “show me” → send the demo — it creates desire (they watch the AI book a job, leave a Google review, pay a deposit).
  • ”Who are you?” / unsure → send the landing page — it builds trust (offer, free setup, your story).
  • Preview at every device in the Responsive Viewer.

  • Grab their basics (business, name, mobile, email, plan, fee) → open the Onboarding tabGenerate a signing link → text/email it to them.
  • Agreement pre-fills with their details; they tick + sign + submit on their phone — signed PDF lands in both inboxes.
  • Send the Stripe subscription link → they add card / direct debit.

Plan B

When they ghost or say no

Most leads won't reply the first time — that's normal, not failure. Instead of chasing, you nurture: a couple of light follow-ups, one link per text — lead with the demo (the hook), then the landing page (the trust). Never both in the same message.

👻 No reply (ghosted)

  • Find them with the dashboard's No Reply filter.
  • Bump 1 → the demo link. A ghost needs a hook — “watch an AI book a job” pulls harder than an about-us page.
  • Bump 2 → the landing page. Now add the trust: free setup, no lock-in, your story.
  • Optional breakup text can stack both — “last one from me, door's open.”
  • Stop after 2–3. Persistence, not pestering.

🙅 “No” or “maybe later”

  • They engaged and passed — ease off, don't re-pitch the demo.
  • Reply with the Soft No / Maybe Later template — gracious, door left open.
  • Leave the landing page only, low-key: “here's what I do if anything changes.”
  • Tag them to re-check in a month or two.

🎯 Which link, when

  • Demo = desire · roofpros.pages.dev — for the keen, and to win back a ghost. Let them try the booking calendar, review funnel and deposit flow.
  • Landing = trust · sozou.pages.dev — for “who are you?”, and the soft door-opener for a no.
  • Pricing = close · sozou.pages.dev/pricing — only when they ask cost, or on the call. Never first.
