Sozou Playbook

Onboarding a new client

Everything to take a signed “yes” live: the intake form to send the client, the service agreement, and the step-by-step flow.

📝

Client intake form

Send this to a new client. They fill in their business details and sign the agreement, then email you a details file you can drop straight into Sozou.

📄

Service agreement

The plain-English terms: free setup, month-to-month, cancel anytime, non-payment pause, ownership & switching. Open it, fill the client’s blanks, print/save as PDF.

The onboarding flow

Sign → Stripe → domain → go-live. Keep it light — the client barely lifts a finger.

Agree the plan & price on the call.
Send the intake form link. They fill their details + read & sign the agreement, then email you the details file.
Set up the Stripe subscription for their plan → send the payment link → they add card or direct debit.
Domain. Register a standard .com.au in their name, or connect their existing one (premium names → they buy & own).
Collect content. Logo + photos to heng.xin@outlook.com; services, hours & any AI notes come through the form.
Build & wire up the site + assistant, their phone & calendar.
Review & revisions with the client (per their tier).
Go live → point the domain → first payment starts (the go-live date).
How the form data reaches you: the client clicks Generate & download → gets a sozou-intake-[business].json file → emails it to you. Save it in C:\Sozou\onboarding\, then ask Claude to “fill the agreement from this client’s details” — it reads the file and fills the blanks (name, ABN, plan, fee), ready to print and send for signing.
